Terms and Conditions

Below are the key agreements that apply to all our treatment agreements. The full document is on the right and is always authoritative.

Applicability
These terms and conditions are part of every agreement between client and skin therapist, and also apply to webshop orders.

Appointments & Cancellation
You may cancel an appointment no later than 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel or do not cancel in time, you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

Rates & Payment
Rates apply per calendar year and can be adjusted annually. You will receive the invoice immediately after treatment and must pay it immediately in cash or by debit card.

Health insurance
You are personally responsible for checking whether and to what extent your insurer reimburses you, and for submitting invoices. Regardless of reimbursement, you remain obligated to pay in full.

Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid out by the liability insurance, or otherwise to the invoice amount. The number of treatments required and the final result cannot be guaranteed.

Complaints
You should report a complaint to us as soon as possible. If we cannot resolve the issue together, you can approach the NVH's complaints committee (PAC) or the National Complaints Committee for Paramedics.

Privacy statement

We process, among other things, your name, date of birth and social security number, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and medical data.

We use your contact details to get in touch when you request it. We use your personal and medical data to carry out your skin therapy treatment plan.

Retention period
By law (WGBO), we are required to keep your file for 15 years. You can request deletion, but then we will store the data in an inactive, unusable archive.

Sharing with third parties
We only share your data with third parties if it's necessary for your care or due to a legal obligation. If specific consent is required for this, we will ask for it in advance.

Website, cookies & security
Our site uses cookies, Google Analytics, and the Facebook Pixel to analyze website usage; you can disable cookies in your browser. The patient record complies with NEN 7510 and the website uses an SSL certificate.

Your rights
You may view, correct, or request the deletion of your data via info@vnts-klinieken.nl. We will respond within four weeks.
