What is Skin curettage
The treatment aims to improve the skin's surface and reduce cosmetically bothersome blemishes. Depending on the type of skin imperfection, skin curettage can be combined with other techniques to achieve the best possible result.

Our Approach
Many clients notice a visibly smoother complexion immediately after treatment. Our skin therapists guide you throughout the entire process and provide advice on wound care, skincare, and aftercare to optimally support recovery.
Practical info
The treatment plan
First Consultation
During the first consultation, we will analyze your skin imperfections and discuss your wishes and expectations. Based on this, you will receive personalized treatment advice.
Preparation
Little preparation is usually needed for the treatment. We advise temporarily limiting sun exposure. You will receive clear instructions from our skin therapist.
The Treatment
The treatment is performed by an experienced skin therapist using professional and sterile equipment. Skin imperfections are carefully removed with the help of a curette. Depending on the treatment area, the treatment takes an average of 15 to 30 minutes.
Aftercare & Repetition
After the treatment, the skin may temporarily show redness, sensitivity, or scabs. This is a normal part of the healing process and usually subsides within a few days to weeks. Proper aftercare is important for optimal recovery and the best possible results. You will receive clear instructions from our skin therapist.
Results of Skin curettage
The final result will be visible once the skin has fully recovered. To optimally support the skin during recovery, we recommend proper wound care, sun protection, and suitable skincare. View some example results of skin curettage at VNTS Clinics below.
